In the third quarter, we achieved a total sales value of $110,752,851, representing dreams realised, lives transformed and properties secured for our many wonderful customers. We settled a total of 143 sales and signed up 176 new listings, a clear indication of the trust our clients place in us to represent their properties with the utmost care and professionalism.

Most notably, our marketing efforts yielded an astounding 9,954 leads, the most achieved in a single quarter so far this year, and we fielded an impressive 40,659 calls, demonstrating the exceptional reach and impact of our brand. We attribute this in part to the expansion of our qualified in-house media and marketing team, which has recently welcomed two new amazing talents: Head of Agent Growth, Joel Maher, and digital marketing expert, Sean Maher. Each lead and call signifies a potential connection, a chance to provide invaluable service and a step toward the future of Freedom Property. Upholding the highest standards for customer service within the industry, we ensured every customer was over-serviced and no stone was left unturned in our aims to expand market reach and maximise business opportunities.

Showcasing our agents' dedication to achieving optimal results, and with our Redland City agents leading the way, the top 5 sales for the quarter included:

1. 2 Piermont Place, Raby Bay: This stunning waterfront property, sold at an impressive $2,275,000, is a testament to our ability to represent premium properties with the reverence they truly deserve. Credit for this huge achievement goes to Cooper McCormack, one of our motivated young agents operating from our Redland City Central office in Queensland.

2. 67 Greenfield Road, Capalaba: This marked another notable success for the quarter, with a final price of $2,005,000. The sale reinforces our expertise in handling a diverse range of property types. It's a proud moment for our agency, and the credit goes to agents Luke Nel and Kyle Steenson, who showcased their exceptional skills with this transaction.

3. 24 Alma Street, Thorneside: Also sold by the dedicated efforts of talented agents, Luke Nel and Kyle Steenson, Alma Street sold for an impressive $1,950,000 after only 13 days on the market through an auction campaign. It garnered a huge 43 enquiries and sold prior to auction day, demonstrating its massive appeal within the local marketplace. This was a wonderful result for everyone involved in this deal and further underlines our commitment to achieving the very best outcomes for clients.

4. Main Road, Wellington Point: Selling under the hammer at a significant price of $1,970,000 following 28 enquiries, this premium property in Wellington Point’s sought-after golden triangle is a prime example of our capability to navigate unique property opportunities. This stunning property, positioned moments from the water, was sold by top-performing agents Josh Sherwood and Jake Sherwood.

5. 155-207 Junction Road, Karalee: Following a successful 23-day auction campaign which attracted 33 enquiries, agent Josh Davey achieved a significant sale price of $1,725,000 for this magnificent property in the up-and-coming location of Karalee.
