Freedom Property Central Earns Prestigious Ranking in REB Top 50 Sales Offices 2024

Entering the ranking for the first time since opening its doors in 2021, Freedom Property Central has secured the 40th position in the highly esteemed REB Top 50 Sales Offices 2024. As one of the top-performing real estate offices, the agency continues to exemplify industry standards, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to its clients. 

The ranking, now in its 12th year, serves as a prestigious recognition of the nation's top real estate offices. The rigorous selection process assessed key performance indicators to identify offices that not only demonstrated exceptional results but also set the benchmark for efficiency and client satisfaction. 

The ranking was determined based on three pivotal metrics:

1. Total Value of Settlements: Reflecting the monetary success of real estate transactions handled by the offices.

2. Total Number of Settlements: Highlighting the volume of successful property transactions completed.

3. Efficiency Rating: Calculated by dividing the total number of settlements by the number of sales-focused staff, including sales support.

In essence, the offices that effectively listed and sold properties, achieving the highest efficiency, secured positions in the ranking.

Despite facing tougher market conditions, the top 50 sales offices, including Freedom Property Central, showcased their resilience and dedication to their clients. The average total value of settlements across the top 50 offices decreased from $563.8 million in 2023 to $478.1 million in 2024. Within the top 10 offices, settlement values experienced a 9.7% year-on-year decline, from $851.3 million to $768.3 million.

Acknowledging the challenges, the market conditions led to an increase in the average days on market, rising from 33 in 2023 to 37.2 in 2024 across the top 50 offices. However, Freedom Property Central outshone with an impressive average of only 22 days on the market.
