Record-Breaking Performances

Darwin selling principal Jacob Reynolds set a new Freedom Property record by listing 94 properties in a single quarter – the highest number ever achieved at Freedom. This performance nearly doubles his previous best of 49, showcasing his drive and the impact of leveraging the right tools and support. 

Dominating the Market in NT

Our NT office is setting the standard, achieving impressive results in just under two years since opening. Here’s what the rest of the team achieved:

• Umesh Patel earned his first-ever award

• Arjun received his first Diamond award – our second-highest ranking  

• Stephanie Carter claimed her first Gold award and ranked #2 for listings.

Creating Opportunities Across the Country

In Wynnum, Steve Allan created 1,200 listing opportunities in Q1, taking out our newest award for the most opportunities generated in a single quarter. His achievements highlight how taking strategic action can lead to sustainable growth and more business in the future. 

Adam Hobbs won Best Marketing Campaign, generating 198 leads with his 9 Local Businesses Giveaway. Working closely with our in-house marketing team, Adam achieved outstanding engagement with the community, boosted brand awareness, and turned strategic marketing into real results.
