Maree Capone – Ipswich, QLD
With over a decade in corporate aviation and a strong network of investors behind her, Maree Capone brings sharp attention to detail and strategic insight to her real estate career. As one of the founding members of the new Freedom Property Switch Office, Maree thrives in a collaborative space that puts client outcomes first.
It’s this mix of professionalism, commercial acumen, and team culture that makes Maree a natural fit for the Freedom brand.
Adam Bryan – Redcliffe, Brisbane
Adam Bryan joins us as the first Freedom Property agent to service the Redcliffe Peninsula, with a focus on Scarborough and Newport. As we expand into new areas across Queensland, we’re excited to support agents like Adam who know their local market inside out and are ready to grow with the brand.
His deep knowledge of the area and approachable nature make him a strong addition to the team and a great match for Freedom’s agent-first structure.
Ashleigh Theo – Cleveland, QLD
After supporting one of our leading agents as a buyer manager, Ashleigh Theo has officially stepped into the role of Sales Associate. This move marks an exciting new chapter—and one that reflects the value of mentorship, internal growth and hands-on learning within the Freedom network.
Ashleigh has already shown she’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow her presence in the Cleveland market. We’re proud to support her next move.
